Studio Vellum is one person and a small website. We collect as little as possible, we never sell it, and you can have it removed whenever you like. Here's the whole of it.
Studio Vellum B.V., based in Heerhugowaard, the Netherlands, is the controller of the data described here. For anything about your data — a question, a copy, or a deletion — write to info@studiovellum.nl and a real person will answer.
That's it — two small things, both given by you on purpose:
For security and abuse-prevention we also briefly log technical basics with each submission (your IP address and browser type). We don't use these to track you across the web.
Everything here rests on your consent — you type it in and tick the box. No consent, no data.
Under the GDPR (in Dutch, the AVG), our basis for the follower list and any optional contact details is your consent. The idea text you submit, and the brief security logging, rest on our legitimate interest in running the ideaboard and keeping it free of abuse.
Your data is stored in a database on our own hosting at studiovellum.nl, within the European Union. It is read only by the studio. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers. We don't run third-party tracking or advertising cookies on this site.
The AVG gives you the right to see what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these, email info@studiovellum.nl — no forms, no hoops. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
If the studio grows and we ever collect more, this page will say so before we do — with the date above updated. The honest version always lives here.
